Electrical contractor still identifying some areas he wants to be fixed or tightened up.  Electrician has gone through the list and has finished.  HVAC and rough is ready as well, inspection set for Monday or Tuesday.  All crews ready to buckle down and get this property finished asap to try to make up for some of the time we have lost waiting on these green stickers.
