Two new furnaces, HVAC looks good.  New roof.  Some funky stuff going on with the back of the garage, need to fix the back wall and a closet leading to the backyard.  Nice big garage though.   Comps look great in Clawson but quite a bit of work needed – floors, ceilings, walls, kitchen, baths – normal stuff.
