Met Tony at the property to sign contract and discuss timeline and some changes.  Adding window replacement including glass block windows in the basement along with additional can lights on an addendum.  Discussed opening up the entry wall by the front door and opening up the wall in the kitchen by the refrigerator.  Confirmed we are not replacing the sink in the main level bath.  Saving the sink faucet and saving the new kitchen faucet to reuse.  Tony getting permits and ordering up the dumpster.
